The Gumpert Apollo is a high performance sports car is the first model produced by Gumpert Sportwagenmanufaktur GmbH (a company located in Altenburg, Germany). This car is a creation of Roland Gumpert, a former employee of Audi. Gumpert's partner is Roland Mayer, the head of the German tuning house MTM. Production of Apollo Gumpert began in 2005 and expected to produce 150 units between 2005 and 2008.
