The basic model of a new range of amphibious off-road vehicles is the VIKING-2992. ATON IMPULSE has developed from this base a whole family of vehicles capable to meet almost any requirement.

The company was co-founded in 2004 by Mr. Touktarov and Mr. Khripounov, two senior and highly experienced professionals, formerly with Russian truck company KAMAZ. KAMAZ (Камский автомобильный завод - Камаз), also located in Naberezhnye Chelny, is the largest heavy truck producer in Russia, and the CIS, now producing around 30,000 trucks a year.

KAMAZ has a 30 year track record and strong reputation for producing highly reliable heavy duty trucks not only for commercial and military use within Russia but also within Eastern Europe, China, the Middle East, and North Africa. Its trucks have won the grueling Dakar Rally a record eight times.

The owners of the company have developed a highly professional team which has comprehensively prepared the execution of its business plan, including design, testing, certification, preparation for serial production, development of distribution and service network. R&D works started in 2001 with company being established in 2004. To date around two million euros of development cost has been invested in the VIKING product
