Herrador Motorsport is located in Valencia (Spain) and is specialized on the design, manufacture and development of the 2x4 Herrator Buggy, kipping every steps of the process construction under the strictest quality control in order to obtain their different outstanding prototypes. It has its own engineering department where the most highly qualify professionals invest all their knowledge and passion. Herrador Motorsport provides "Rally raids technical Services" since 2003, in the African and South American Dakar, as well as the FIA World Championship contests.

Engineering and Design. Throughout the complete construction course our engineering department closely controls every step of the process in order to achieve the highest standard of quality and most accurate results.
Chassis. Build on carbon steel Chromoly 4130 under FIA specifications, 100% of the frame is cut by laser technology
Welding. TIG welding reduces the weight considerably as well as the filler material and the unnecessary and excessive heating of steel, this process grants the operator greater control over the weld allowing for stronger and higher quality welds.
Assemblage. All units produced are exactly identical due to online production and manufacturing processes under strict CNC.
Bodywork and Fiber. The Herrator have an exquisite finishing in both the interior and exterior of the bodywork, which processes is controlled entirely by the team of experts whose main aim is quality, functionality and esthetics.
