Mike Devins started the company in 2002, their primary focus was providing custom composite parts for sports racers in CSR & DSR (C and D Sports Racer).  They now provide parts to a number of formula car teams and provide tier 1 services to aftermarket companies as well.

HRP parts can be seen on cars throughout SCCA and many other sanctioning bodies.
