Priee: From 3,700€ + Donor car (corvette)
Art Richards has always been a corvette enthusiast. In the early 1970's he started repairing and restoring corvettes out of his garage at his home. With all the attention his own cars were getting he decided to set up a shop and make this his career. He soon owned three shops in Huntington Beach, Santa Ana, and Costa Mesa. He became experienced in ground up restorations to full on prototyping and development. Art's interest in all types of racing, from drag racing to F1, has always been an inspiration in his designs. Art has designed wide body Corvettes under FIA rules like the 24 hours of Le Mans and American Le Mans for street use. He created many new designs still being used today for RC cars and shifter carts. Art has many products and services available including, custom bodies, suspension, On-Board PC's, interiors, wheels and high performance engines. Art has now combined his talents with the talents of his son Drew Richards, and they have put together an unbeatable team. Drew Richard’s background is as impressive as his dads. Drew has years of RC racing, shifter cart racing, Solid Works, and hands on automotive design and fabrication work. Drew's experience allows him to lay out his designs on paper, build the clay and foam models, then create the full carbon fiber and fiberglass bodies. Arts and Drew’s skills have allow them to design from the ground up vehicles like "California Spyder GTP" which showed at places such as SEMA, LA Car Show, Invitation Only Blackies Autorama, Good Guys Shows, as well as multiple magazine and video spots. Arts Corvettes has been building supercars before the name was popular. Good old American horse power and ingenuity mostly based on corvette platforms.
