It is a car company based in Jingdezhen City, Jiangxi Province, China. The company is currently in a "joint venture" with Suzuki Motor Corporation of Japan to form the Jiangxi Changhe Suzuki Automobile Company.
Changhe Suzuki exports two of its vehicles to Mexico through the importer Viribus, the Ideal and Friend / Escape.
The Ideal also sold in Uruguay and Brazil under the brand EFFA, and will soon be assembled in Uruguay for sale to Uruguay, Brazil and Argentina.
The company is a subsidiary of the Changhe Aircraft Industries Corporation.
