| Shandong Haoyu Vehicle Co., Ltd., with headquarters located in Shandong Province, China, consists of a wholly-owned subsidiary - Shandong Haoyu Vehicle Co., Ltd. and 2 holding subsidiaries – Howee New Energy Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. and Fenghuang Vehicle Co., Ltd. As the unique vehicle manufacturer in Laiwu, Shandong Haoyu Vehicle Co., Ltd. is a key project supported by the local government and a growing SME supported by the Shandong provincial government. Founded in 2005 with total investment of 400 million Yuan, their company covers an area of about 30 acres, with a built area of 60,000 square meters.
