Italia II

While it draws its inspiration from the classic Italian car design of the 60s, our Italia 2 sports car is not a replica of any specific exotic automobile of days bygone. It is a fresh view of the past, a fresh design that, while reminiscent of classic looks, stands comfortably on its own. The Italia 2 was created to expand on and complement our original Italia Classic design built on the first generation Miata.

Utilizing the 1999­-2005 NB or second gen Miata, the Italia 2 has more horsepower, better suspension and a more comfortable interior. The car is lighter than a stock Miata as well. Available in a comprehensive composite component package or as a turnkey on your second gen Miata.

Italia Classic

The Italia Classic is a smaller, rounder, rescaled nod to the design genius of Coco Chinetti, who removed the roof from a Ferrari 275 GTB to create the NART Spyder. While there were only 9 original NART Spyders built, there are currently 73 Simpson Design Italia Classics in the world.

Built on a 1st generation (NA) Miata. Basic package includes only the 4 main body panels. Complete package includes panels, hardware, and lights.
