The Volksrod Beach Buggy is generally considered to be the first real British Buggy. Designed by Warren Monks, the British answer to the Meyers Manx was the first in a long line of UK-based kits. Volksrod Buggies are now being produced in Leicestershire by the Volksrod Team.
